Brought in to support the launch of a new fund, we worked closely with traders, compliance personnel, and a third-party order management provider to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Our focus was on codifying all investment guidelines within the new system and establishing a robust monitoring framework for ongoing compliance. The highlight? Gaining the full confidence of the CCO, who was able to delegate responsibilities knowing we had it covered. The result was a seamless launch and a strong operational foundation for future oversight.
